About the Author

S.A. Sabuur hales out of the streets of Newark and East Orange, New Jersey. A writer since the age of 4, he brings legitimacy to his urban story telling - he is a former hustler and after serving time, has since converted all of his negative experiences into that of positive energy. He currently works with problem youth at a family owned facility and is actively mentoring them towards a constructive path.

A former rap artist and producer for almost 10 years he has opened for such artists as Pun, Nore, Onyx and Hot 97's Ms. Jones. As a writer, he devotes the same energy, drive and determination to his writing skills in his debut urban novel "Karma".
