Description: |
Lorena Daniels, a loan officer for a
Chicago-based credit union, has just broken up with her boyfriend of
four years. Days later, while having lunch with a co-worker Lorena
unknowingly catches the eye of Randall James, their waiter for the
afternoon who doubles as a fulltime chef. Another encounter finds Lorena
and Randall at a local supermarket where their friendship sets sail.
They soon embark on a vibrant, fast-paced relationship that harbors more
than its share of intriguing ups and downs. One that explores the depths
of every emotion and one that, unknowingly to them, parallels the
changes in seasons.

| About the Author: |
Darrell
A. Cador causally began writing short stories in 1999. The
following year Darrell gave serious consideration to novel
writing following his wife Jacqueline’s suggestion to,
"extend some of these stories."
During the Spring of 2001 Darrell met Tyuan Rice,
husband of noted author Patty Rice (Reinventing The Woman;
Somethin’ Extra). In sharing his desire of becoming a
novelist with the Rices Darrell received much encouragement
and valued advice, which served as confirmation of his own
wife’s suggestion.
In August of 2002 Darrell began work on the manuscript
for his debut novel When Seasons Change and is currently
working on various stage and film scripts as well as writing
his third novel. A native Washingtonian, Darrell now resides
in Mount Rainier, Md. with his wife and five children |
