Sheila and Andrew couldn't have been more in love as they fell deeply, both
at the age of eighteen. Sheila and Andrew were the perfect couple. They were in
total bliss. Sheila just knew that she had found her Prince Charming and she
was his Princess.
Bruised Fruit is the story of Sheila and Andrew Johnson, two people who fell in
love at the tender age of 18. They were very happy together until the day that
Andrew decided that in order for his marriage to be perfect he needed to
control every thing around him. That meant Sheila. Sheila was his possession
and his possession only. She would learn to do what he said otherwise there
would be consequences. After one year of marriage one child was born into their
union with numbers two and three to follow. This didn t make Andrew happy.
Andrew wanted to have children when he was ready. He did not plan for it to
happen so fast. With each new addition his feelings for Sheila began to change.
He began to acquire jobs in the field of Law Enforcement in order to fulfill
his fantasy of power and control. He became a policeman in the worst precinct
in New York City s history, where he became a deceitful and corrupt cop.
Andrews s treatment of Sheila boarder on inhumane, she became his at home
guinea pig. Andrew would treat Sheila worst than he did any man. Bruises were
the results. Everyone who knew her knew of her intended doom. As time goes by
Sheila learns to fight back. Her children become her life. They are the things
that she lives for. One day she gives in to her own demons which cause her to
lose everything that she loves. Bruise Fruit is a story about domestic
violence. It is the story of a young, sweet, beautiful and tender woman who
wears bruising as her badge of honor.
