them feel better about whatever the situation may be. Her advice is
often comical, witty, or plain old-fashioned. They all learn lessons
about love, life and faith through Moma Bessie’s wisdom that leaves them

 Marcia Brevard Wynn is a native South
Carolinian who developed a love for reading and writing at
an early age. This is her first venture into writing for an
audience. She is currently working on a second novel. A
staff member at Allen University in Columbia, South
Carolina, she acts as the university’s Director of Sponsored
Programs. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality
time with her family and traveling. She lives with her
husband and children in Camden, South Carolina. |
